hlo mam mere son 4 years ka hai....n usko raat se fever, cough n vomiting be hui meine medicine be de per frk nhi pda...usko khane mein kya khelau n kese theek kru uski khansi....

A. Mam you should give more of liquid diet to the child which would be easier for the child to accept and digest right now because you do cough sometimes it’s very difficult for them to eat also and also please visit your doctor because a proper medication would be required on the basis of the reasoning behind the issues and the child has right now
