if your child looks happy healthy and active ,gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything.
please feed your child on demand
as you are nursing mother,take healthy and well blanaced diet so that your child get all essential nutrients through breastmilk.
provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
