Hlo mam baby birth ka badh mera weight bohut less ho rha hai.. Kya khana sa mera weight phla jasa ho jaya?

A. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet stay hydrated have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily
