hlo I m mother of 4 yrs 10 months old daughter. I have sometimes pain in my body . last few days I have little little pain not regular in the middle of the chest and today I also have pain in both arms . what can I do .

A. hi you are mother of 5 year old now if you have pain in middle of chest below the chest bone in centre then it's acid reflux probably which shall require some antacid
