Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. This is normal in infants. Maintain hand hygiene This is due to fungal infection. May use scalp plus shampoo twice a week for 3 weeks. Apply coconut oil locally over scalp leave it for 1 hour then do gentle combing in backward direction. May consult dermatologist.
