hlo gud morning sir mere premature twin baby deliver hue hai at 33 weeks through lscs but suddenly my milk supply is getting low and not enough for babies need....plz help me how to increase my milk supply .my first baby is born normally and is 3.5 yrs but at that time milk supply is too gud and there is no problem but now m worried plz help me

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello try to take lactare tablet or galact granules whivh can help increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and also green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and Fenugreek which can help improve milk secretion and alternatively can g8ve stage 1 infant formula milk usung a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
