hlo experts, mujko 3rd month se vomiting symptoms chla gye thy aur bukh toh bhut lgti hai mai bar bar kuch khati rehti hu bt 2 days se mujko bukh lgti hai bt khana khate tym mera mnn kharab hota hai aaj tog khane baad comic b ho gye nd mujko pta days se fever b tha aaj nhi hai bt vomiting ho gye kya fever tha uss wja se hue vomiting

A. Bina doctor ko dikhaiye kar pana mushkil hai isliye behtar rahega ki is taklif ke liye doctor se miliye Iske bare mein adhik jankari ke liye Apne doctor se sampark kijiye jo aapko bataenge ki is bare mein aur kuchh karne ki jarurat hai ki nahin
