hlo dr..we want to give fever syrup 3 days or 5days..tel me dr...in fever time shall i give some solids food to my baby otherwise breastfeeding is best..she was 6months old...weekly once headbath is enough dr... in winter time

Initially you can give paracetomol for 3 days, if no any improvement than, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
