hlo dr. meri ek 18 months baby girl h mujhe ye janna h ki mere abhi tk periods nHi aaye h jb se delivery hue h means mujhe 1.6 yr ho gye h mai breast feed bhi krati hu or ye bhi confirm h ki mai abhi pregnent nahi hue hu dubara iss me koi problem to nahi means abhi tk periods nahi aana normal h ? plzz ans.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
