Mam if you do intermittent fasting there is no problem but don’t do it for more than 12 hours and make sure to consume plenty of fluids during that time it’s only suggested to have water during that time you can have detox water instead you can have a good amount of fluids if you want to try do it for at least wait for 5 to 6 days if it does not affect your breastfeeding then you continue with it otherwise you need to stop
