hlo dr. mera baby 5 month 15 days ka h.. nd usne last 3-4 days se potty nhi ki h.. kya use constipation h.. Or kya krna cahiye

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. constipation in small babies lesser than 6 month of age is very common and is more common when you are giving formula feeding in such a case you can give Himalaya bonnisan drops three times a day to your child and give frequent feeding usually medicines or suppositories are avoided in such a case and constipation of few days can be considered as normal. if the baby is having gastric pain you can give collikjtmax drops.if you need to give any enzyme preparation to your child you can consult doctor

Hi for small babies just feed well. slowly rub your baby's tummy in clockwise direction this would help also you can help baby do cycling exercisezs to baby. if still baby is uncomfortable try to give some warm compress. it may help your baby and can relax
