hlo dr...mera after child birth bhut hairfall horha hei...meine fenugreek k ware mei bhut suna hei...kya methi daana ko raat bhr bhigo kr rkhne se uska paani peene se hairfall control hojayega??..kya isko scalp pr lgana hei?? kya hm methi dana k ilava sirf methi use kr skte hei?? plz plz btana

A. hello. fenugreek water helps in hair help. you can take it. also can apply its paste on hair scalp . post delivery hair fal is common due to hormonal changes so follow a good hair care routien, take protien ruch food. .
