Hlo Dr! I need to know about wearing undergarments..is there any problem for not using panties at night since 3months from delivery

A. hi mom .. u should always wear cotton underwear so as to maintain perineal hygiene .. it will be helpful to prevent vaginal infection .. take care of your self

A. there is no problem if you are not using it all you need to ensure that cleanliness is important apart from that if you are sleeping an at that time what so ever relaxes you and makes you sleep better that is okay
