In between meals keep offering healthy snacks like fruit or vegetable sticks.

so , please don't get panic for this.
just continue with homemade healthy diet.
it is ok for a child to do all this ,I mean crying and become fussy.
so don't worry
just make sure your child is well cared.
don't scold or yell at your child.
stay calm consistent and positive.
