hlo doctor! my elders forcing to put cotton in ears , wrapping cloth to head, wearing socks to foot,after normal delivery it is very uncomfort in summer, is it necessary to do all these things

A. Hello dear parent! Traditionally it is advised. There is a little scientific background too- avoid getting caught with cold and cough. Medication during breastfeeding baby is to be avoided. Consult your doctor for further assistance
