A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury cfor a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestatxions occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. U Should get a check ones with your doctor at least that way you’ll be more sure about it that your child hasn’t got hurt it’s better that you should not take a chance you should consult your doctor and get a proper check up done and then you’ll be sure that nothing has happened totally still be relieved after that with these things you really cannot take a chance is always more recommended to consult your doctor ones for all these things
