ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yrs its ok. it has to come some day. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
