hlo doctor,mere beti 10months chal rahe hai ,mai both pareshan hon ,yei ache se kuch nhi khatei hai ,mou mai rakhtei hai khana phir mou se bahaar nikaltei hai,soup detei ho to ulti krtei hai ,mai isko kya Don ab ,sukha khana detei ho wo be bahaar nikal tei hai

Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplemegnts like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysgine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

You should give proper variety of food to the child and also I would definitely advisor in this case that I do not know whether you adding all the spices or not but you should go ahead with adding all the necessary spices to the food EkbarWrite Your Answer Here
