hlo doctor I am mother of 5 months old baby and I have thyroid my t3 and t4 is normal now but my TSH is very low so what foods I eat to increase my tsh

A. medicine first. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

A. Eating a portion of Essential Fats at every meal which includes extra virgin olive oil, flaxseed oil, raw unsalted nuts and seeds, avocados and oily fish, will improve thyroid hormone levels
