Hlo doc my baby didnt eat anything..Only breatfeed. Got few day she is consipated and whenever poop its really smelly hard and dry

Your child is not eating anything and milk is creating constipation because your child is only having milk so kindly give more of liquid base diet to the child as of now and along with that also I’m going to advise you to give papaya twice in a day which will be very helpful introducing constipation issues
