Hlo doc mere baby ko vaccination lgi thi 15 ko nd first day to mne med kam di thi phr doc ne dose bdai aj 3 day h uska fever nh utar rha bch me utar jata pls btao kya kru

A. the baby is having fever after vaccination you can give paracetamol to reduce fever and can be repeatfed after every 6 hours if again required and also do cold sponging of the whole body
