A. porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer mashed dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, roti mashed in dal, soft mashed fruits, curds, later mashed paneer cheese, Vegetable Daliya egg/non veg consistency of food should be like that of ghee
