hllo mam my impp is 14/08/20.nd my due date according to my ultrasound is 11 may 2021 which date should I consider for my delivery..

A. 11may is your edd. ok. thats all we can say. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
