hllo mah baby is 5 month old soo my milk is not sufficent and she is only bf so plz tell what can i do ? can i give semi solid food or not

A. hi no please don't give anything to eat or drink other than breastmilk and needed medicines till 6 months age but as you have low milk supply,you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this. although if it is not possible then you can offer formula or amul Shakti milk after consulting with your pediatrician
