Hi mommy Maintain hygiene Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily It also depends on parents genes and environment factors Apply gram flour turmeric mixture daily Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
