But still to avoid under weight in order to meet the required nutrition include high protein,calorie rich,good fat foods which helps in muscle strength,weight gain
Milk,curd,ghee, cheese,butter,paneer ,tofu,dals (pulses,legumes) ,idly,cerelac home made with nuts powder,porridges,egg one year + age.
