Q.

his weight is under benchmark but he is super active as compared to proper weight child...if still weight gain is important then what to do to increase?

A. Namaste Mom Minor difference is fine no worries on that As a full term baby is expected to almost double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months & later triple by the age of 1 as such The diet should consist of almost nearing to family foods

A. Hello good morning !! If the baby is active,reaching milestones according to age then no worries about weight gain. But still to avoid under weight in order to meet the required nutrition include high protein,calorie rich,good fat foods which helps in muscle strength,weight gain Milk,curd,ghee, cheese,butter,paneer ,tofu,dals (pulses,legumes) ,idly,cerelac home made with nuts powder,porridges,egg one year + age.
