his little urinary part is not opened properly..how long it should take..? does it need surgery?

it would be much better if you can visit your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment if required

It is advisable for you to get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated.
