*Diet Plan for a New Mommy!!*
Take ur postnatal meds on time.
Next is Diet...
First forty days be very careful with ur diet.
You see what you can follow and how to go about it...
6am : One glass of Ajwain Jaggery Decotion/ Kadha (tastes yummm) Drink it warm or as hot as you can!!
6:30am : A glass of Milk and one Methi Ladooo (Fenugreek Ladoo)
7:00am : A glass of water if u feel like.... If not half a glass atleast.... COMPULSORY!!!!
7:30am : Healthy Breakfast like Moong dal idli, Moong dal dosa, Upma, Poha, Khakhra, Green Moong etc
8:15am : Water time!!!!
9:00am : If you are hungry again coz of breast feeding😉 it's normal chill... U ain't the only one.... Repeat breakfast or take a glass of Milk.
10am: Water time!!
Are u drinking a glass or two of water before breastfeeding? No!!!

11am : Gond Raab
12 pm: Water 1 glass😉
1pm: Lunch time... U can have Roti, Moong dal, Rice and watery veggies like Dudhi / Bottle gourd, Sponge gourd, Snake gourd, Ridge gourd, Greens like Cholai bhaaji, Methi bhaji etc.... Lots of Karela subzi... Avoid gassy veggies dear... Will trouble u and baby both!!!
No Curds or Buttermilk and No citrus stuff please.
3pm: Did u drink water at 2pm?? No???
Drink 2 glasses in sips now!!! That's an order!!!
4pm: Have a light snack like Khakhra or something like A GOND ka Ladoo and milk for a heavy snack.
5pm: Ajwain Jaggery Kadha repeat drink warm .... If u can eat the ajwain in the kadha or swallow it... Will do u only good 😎
6pm: Water time
7pm: Dinner... U can have Neer Dosa, Roti, Paratha, Thepla, Vegetables Upma, Vegetables Rice, Tomato Rice etc
9pm: one glass of milk and eat ur meds half an hour later... Not with milk now!!!
Sleep dear.... Catch up on it and store it.... U got more sleepless nights ahead and a snoring husband😂.
Not trying to scare or irritate you but just laying down facts and personal experience😢
So believe me u need the sleep!!!
Important points:
Use ghee to cook ur food.... No oil 🙏please
Use Moong dal only until baby is 40days old....
Just rest whenever you can.... No sitting... Only lying down...
🔴Drink *Dasamularishtam* 15ml two times a day for 40 days.... This cleans your tummy.
🔴Eat your Methi ladoo even if it's bitter.... It's good for your back
🔴Chew well and eat.... Don't rush... Please.
🔴Have Saubhagya Sunthi if u can... Ask a good Ayurveda doc for this...
🔴If u are breastfeeding you can have Shatavari tablets from Himalaya... These boost ur milk supply!!
🔴Include Ginger and garlic in your diet
