Hiiii My baby is now 4 month old, Can I start giving solid food ( if yes ,pls suggest which food to start first)

A. Namaste Mom, For solids it is quite early , not before the age of 6 months , but from age of 5 months onwards you can introduce the baby to liquid consistency foods first
