Q.
Hiii sir/mam, am concerned about my child's weight... actually when he born, his weight above 3kg...but now his weight day by day loose... am so worry about his health... please tell me it's normal or not...???

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby will be losing 10% of weight and he will gaining it back soon no need to worry For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

So Only mentioned the birth weight not the current weight I can only tell you if your child is going to gain about 400 g on the minimum side then that’s a very healthy weight gain about it if your child is not gaining sufficient from your breast feeding then you can do go ahead with formula feeding as well
