hiii sir/ madam, my baby girl age is 2years1 month completed,she is having fever and cold.i have pacimol ds 250 mg medicine and t- mimic syrup, please suggest the dosage,and food items

A. if there is no recovery even after using these medicines you should not worry because it may take 5 to 7 days for a cold to resolve it is a viral infection otherwise you can consult doctor
