Hiii,my daughter is 3.5 years old while jumping I thing she got a sprain in her leg it looking slightly bluish today ...how to help.her out plzz help

If It is only a sprain then you can just put a spray onto that area for the time being and if needed then you can cover it with a crêpe bandage it is going to feel better by the morning and the blue thing could possibly be Neil which will subside over the period so need not worry about it
