Q.

HIII... my baby is 2 yr old.. nd i want to stop breastfeed at this time... so how can stop it...

A. Make your breasts less available for nursing. Stop wearing nursing clothing such as nursing bras and tops with nursing slits. Shorten each breastfeeding session before stopping it completely. Postpone breastfeeding sessions and Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding. Distract your toddler.

A. First go ahead with introducing a complimentary feeding to the child and once your child get used to it slowly you can go ahead with waiting on to your breast feeding as that’s actually the right path and to follow also because when you follow this pattern your body will also stop making milk occasionally and slowly it will reduce down without any payment pain or problem
