Hiii my baby boy age 11month 15days.without support he didn't stand and walk. his weight 9.3kg. it is normal ?

Yes it is very normal and this age kids stand and work with support only your child is doing very well as of now and when it comes to independent walking that is usually seen between the age of 12 to 17 months so you are left enough time for your child to walk independently
