A. can be due to any reason. quite difficult to tell anything without examination. better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor

Hello Without proper check up I cannot tell you the correct reason behind it if you want to know the correct reason you have to consult a dermatologist for that because after proper assessment only you can come to know the correct use it in accordingly they can advise you with the correct treatment and medicine for this
