hiii..meri beti ko pure body me chote chote dane aa gy h..kl raat se..may be due to hot weather..ya koi aur karan hai..don't know kya use kru..koi powder ya cream ya any home remedy..kya doc ko dikhau..pls suggest ..reply fast .I am worried
