You can give your child paracetamol/acetaminophen syrup if your doctor advises you. Do not give any other medication without consulting your doctor. Do not apply ice to the painful area; instead, apply a cold compress.

Five drops you can give to the child one time and then you can give it after six hours so actually you can repeat it every six hours till the time your child is not over the fever and within 72 hours if that doesn’t happen then you need to check with your doctor ahead of that
