hiii mam, I am pravina I have PCOS problem I want to lose my weight but can't do it. I am doing yoga everyday please give me good diet plan to lose weight

A. First of all you should go ahead with the proper diet plan and take it from a nutrition expert because they will give you a proper diet plan as per your issue of PCOS secondly I would also advise if it is okay with you and you can manage try doing intermittent fasting like for at least 12 to 16 hours where in you should not be eating after 630 in the evening and not before 1030 in the morning so start with about 12 hours and increase it to 16 hours you will definitely get good results
