Hiii is it bad to sleep on back while eight months pregnant ? is there any specific side to sleep ? please advise.

A. you can sleep on anyone side during pregnancy better to avoid sleeping on back as it may cause back pain as the pregnancy progress and also causes discomfort to baby e to some extent
