Hiii I have 3 month old girl She is in lots of pain when pooping and uses all the pressure to poop I also see spot of blood but only sometimes what can do to help her relief from the pain ? Dr said its normal but any help tips much appreciate it thanks

A. Keep baby well hydrated. slowly rub your baby's tummy in clockwise direction this would help also you can help baby do cycling exercisezs to baby. if still baby is uncomfortable try to give some warm compress. it may help your baby and can relax
