you need to consult your gynaecologist once for routine check up and do all routine investigation required And start treatment as advised by your doctor

No you should not take it is not advised by the doctor. So you have to consult with your gynaecologist first then only take any medication otherwise avoid. During pregnancy you have to maintain a proper diet and just follow the instructions given by your Dr
