Q.

hiii doctor I am breastfeeding mother I have 10 month baby... I have mild sneezing and and body pain and morning I take zinc tablet evening paracetamol... can I take paracetamol tablet at night I don't have covid symptoms .. can you please confirm

A. you can have paracetamol twice a day. continue breastfeeding using mask. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.. start iron calcium and multivitamins for baby too

A. usually Dolo is prescribed by most of the doctors if you are not feeling well I would recommend you to have that if you wish you can consult with your doctor online and then take the medicine
