hiii doctor. I am 34 week pregnant. my AFI is 6.7 doctor give me sachet for drinking. In place of this what can i do to increase the level of aminotic fluid.

You must and should take the sachet that was given you by your doctor and the AFI is very low.
You should also take lots of water as that will also help.
Take high protein diet
