Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate, papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced dsiet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the agek

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yes, feeding toddlers can often be challenging . that's because several developmental changes are happening at this time. so just start with food items as per your child taste. Avoid battels over food and meal. Be flexible with food acceptance as toddlers are often reluctant to try new things. if your toddler refuses a food , don't make big deal out of it . try again in a few days or weeks
