hiii doc... my baby is 21 months old.. she is suffering fever from past 5 days.. when i give syrup, in that time only she is getting sweart. after 4 hrs she is getting fever.. from past 5 days going like this only...PlZ tell me, reason for this problem and solution mam..

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as theuc first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
