hiii alll my baby boy 34th weeks premature baby birth weight 1.6 now he is 3 months 5 days old his weight was 4.6 exactly. my baby giving eye contact with me and others when ever we talk he will response like uhh ahh sounds but not smiling when should he smile properly neck holding also good I am shoo tensed.....

weight is also good.
some kids show gestures to mother only.
milestones can vary in all kids . .. .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Your baby's reflex smile will disappear by time she's 2 months old, and her first real one will make an appearance somewhere between one-and-a-half to 3 months (or 6 and 12 weeks) of life.
