hiii after my post pregnancy I gained weight to 82kgs even taking diet n doing exercises also iam not loosing my weight kindly guide

A. better to do regularly exercises Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits
