A. Dear ma’am, as far food it is always important to let your child decide how much he/she wants to eat. And anything prepared at home is perfectly fine. Limit the milk intake. Use salt and sugar sparingly. Include atleast one fruit and one kind of veggie in the diet and weekly twice you can give leafy greens and millets.
