Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to answer this question I would suggest you can definitely go ahead and do some breathing exercises and some joint movements while you wait for six months after pregnancy to be completed this way you will be able to start with some light yoga poses and then move on to your regular yoga once your body feels healed and recovered
