hii there a is a small lymph on the head of my baby back side head area.is it normal or not

Hello ma’am Without proper check up and really nothing can be suggested to you so please consult your paediatrician for a proper check up as after that only you can come to know the reason behind it and this is definitely not normal until unless you get it checked properly. So please consult your doctor once
